Our Safety management is all completed in a cloud-based system which allows us to quickly and efficiently in live time– ensure the Safety of our number one asset – our employees.
 

Employees can access the system via employee self service on their phones, meaning they are able to:

• Instantly access WHS documentation in real time as it is updated – this includes SWMS, Emergency Plans, Hazard Management, Policies and Procedures.
  
  
• Report Hazards and Risks in live time, as they are identified, allowing Fence In to swiftly mitigate the risk.
  
  
• Report incidents at the time they occur.
  
  
• View the Risk Register, Hazardous Chemicals Register, Legal and Other Requirements Register to name a few.

The software allows us to Lead, Manage, Engage, Audit and Measure our safety statistics.
